KaMana workshops are open to athletes aged 12 + from all sports.
Each workshop runs for 90 minutes (can be adjusted) and can be delivered in person or online. We can also adjust our content to meet your specific requirements. Lizzie is based in Sydney and Harriet is based on the Gold Coast, however, both love to travel and present together. Body Confidence Workshop
Body image struggles are all too common in sport, especially among female athletes. In this workshop, Lizzie and Harriet share their own experiences - along with stories from other women in sport - highlighting their journeys through body insecurity toward body confidence. They explore:​

Nutrition Workshop:
An Athlete's Relationship with Food & Fuel
This is not your average nutrition talk. Drawing on their experience in elite sport and the latest research Lizzie and Harriet explore:

The importance of fuelling properly to train, perform, and recover effectively

Why food and body image are often intertwined and how this can make it hard to embrace food and build a positive relationship with eating

Practical, interactive discussions on foods for fueling training and supporting recovery

Personal stories from their own challenges with food and how they have developed positive relationships with food

Female Athlete Health & Understating your Menstrual Cycle Workshop
This topic is not spoken enough about. It’s important for ALL female athletes to have a solid understanding of their menstrual cycle and how it affects their bodies, performance, and wellbeing. In this workshop, Lizzie and Harriet explore:

A clear understanding of menstrual cycle and its phases

What’s normal and what’s not when it comes to periods

Tracking the menstrual cycle and using this to potentially adapt training through different phases of the cycle to support performance and recovery

Navigating contraception

Stories from successful Australian female athletes
This workshop is drawn from Harriet’s experience as an Exercise Physiologist.
Performance Mindset and Habits Workshop
Learn what it takes to perform at your best. In this workshop, Lizzie and Harriet combine their personal stories from elite sport with simple, practical tools backed by the latest research. This workshop covers:

The power of goal setting and how the way we think about our goals shapes what we can achieve

Building resilience when faced with obstacles

High-performance habits that can be incorporated into your weekly routine

Practical tools to help athletes stay focused, motivated, and consistent

Athletes will leave this session feeling inspired and ready to go after their biggest dream goals.

Workshop Costs:

Plus Travel costs and travel time:
Travel time is up to $500 per day (location and time dependant).
For larger groups there is an additional cost of $10 per person above 40 people.
We have some flexibility with our cost structure and are happy to discuss your unique workshop experience.
