Coming Soon - Online Group Workshops

Our online group workshop is a 6 week course that will leave you feeling inspired, confident and empowered. It covers five interactive & educational modules: Body Confidence, The Purpose of Food, Menstrual Health in Sport, The Truth about Goals and Performance Habits. Each week includes; a live 60min zoom session, weekly updates, stories from other elite athletes, take home activities and exclusive insight into our daily lives. These small group workshops are open to athletes from all sports, giving you the opportunity to connect with likeminded girls. Embark on this journey with us as we bond over and explore these personal topics together. More detail on each topic can be seen below. 

SIX WEEK WORKSHOP

Week One - Body Confidence pt. one

Body image struggles are all too common in sport, especially among female athletes. If you feel this way, you are not alone. In this module we share our stories, and the stories of other female athletes, on our journey with body confidence. Together we learn how to be kinder to ourselves and build confidence.

Week Two - Body Confidence pt. two

Building on session one, we explore what makes all our bodies unique. We break down the impacts of social media and comparison on the way we perceive ourselves. Learn how to appreciate our bodies for what they CAN do; run, jump, swim, climb etc and start practicing body positivity.

Week Three - The Purpose of Food 

As athletes, we need food to fuel our training and race at our best. As food is so intricately tied to body image it can sometimes be hard to see the positives food can give us. In this module, we share our journey with food and focus on how to develop a positive relationship with food. 

Week Four - Menstrual Health in Sport

This topic is not spoken enough about. It’s so important for ALL female athletes to have a solid understanding of what a healthy menstrual cycle is. Learn about tracking your menstrual cycle and understanding your body so you can train, race and recover at your best. 

Week Five - The Truth about Goals

This module helps bring awareness around expectation and performance when striving for your goals. We inspire athletes to set big dream goals as well as how to deal with the pressure that may come with it. We highlight that sport is about enjoyment and having fun whilst striving to be your best.

Week Six - Performance Habits and Q+A

This module ties everything together. Learn the high performance habits that Lizzie and Harriet practice daily. Apply what you have learnt to everyday practices so you can reach your potential in sport. There is also an open discussion and Q&A - ask Lizzie and Harriet anything.
